Decided to do the free trial for both the african mango and another product advertised back in November. I cancelled both after a couple of days of signing up for the free trial. They kept sending me the products and charging my credit card after numerous times of actually cancelling the products. I have demanded a full refund of $1409.88 but they now tell me that I need a cancellation number which they never gave me. I got heavy on the phone with them and they are supposedley going to give me 3 months refund!!! Got them to give a refund numbe and a cancellation number and an email with all of the above on it. They have told me the email can take up to 2 working days and my refund up to 10 days. Won't hold my breath!
Definitely a bigtime scam. Won't ever be doing this again.
I've cancelled my card too.
My advice is, never give one's credit card number for anything that is suppose to be a free trial.
