4 or 5 months ago i ordered 10 items from their marlboro miles program. The last time these miles could be used as they changed the look i also sent them 40 dollars for premium items as well a shipping and since have recived 4 items none of them the premium items on the order form it says allow 6 to 8 weeks for shipping.
I called 2 months ago after only reciving 3 items and was told some were back ordered but they did have the 2 digital cameras[the 2 premium items i paid for and the zippo litter] and would be shipping them 5 weeks later i called and was told the fore mentioned items were back ordered but they had 3 of the other items and would be shipping them i recived 1 at the same time i had called i was told to allow 12 to 13 weeks for the remaining items.
The last time i tried to send in my miles they mis counted them then i called and they recounted said i was right and my order would be shipped then 4 months later i get a refund check saying i didn't respond to a letter they sent which they didn't send they just didn't want to send the 2 stetson hats as part of my order so they lied to me and sent me a refund.
Now they want to refund my money only this time the miles are useless and i'm talking 26,000 miles i think several hundred thousand people send them money in the millions and they bank it draw intrest lie sretch out sending the items siteing back order whitch you can'tprove and are makeing a fortune on the intrest on the money they collect over the what 6 8 12 months it may take to ship your order or if you bitch to much they refund your small amount, that may consitute 10 percent of overall funds collected it stinks of tobacco company fraud and schemeing to the bone. How else are they to make up for their losses in court.
