Their "Free Trial" advertisement is not free at all. If you are dissatisfied you will not only have the initial shipping cost, you will be charged upon cancellation even if you cancel within the 7 day trial. You are either charged $38.99 for keeping the shipment or you can return the product at your own expense. If they do not receive it back within 30 days, you are charged the full $100. Therefore, you are paying to guaranty that they will receive it if you send it back, by the time you pay for all of that, you have spent the $45.00 they charge for keeping the "Free Trial" shipment (plus your original shipping cost). A complete Scam. And, it is impossible to get a hold of a live person, the phone number leads to an automated voice prompt nightmare. Stay clear of this product, of this company!
