I had ordered a free trial of Auravie. I was charged $1.93 for shipping and I received the package on Jan 8th. But exactly 2 days later, my bank account shows me that I had been charged $97.88 for the products. I had not even opened 1 single bottle! But I had been fleeced of $97.88! I called the customer care but they say that they had been very clear about how they would charge the full amount after 10 days of free trial. But there was no such information anywhere on their site on in their mails... This company is fleecing people. They had advertised as a free sample. Then they say that its a free trial and now they are charging me for everything! They say that if I want my money back, I have to send them the package as such. It is not even like if we do not like it, we can cancel it. Please stop this company before any more losses...
