HSAP charged me $4700 to "pave" my driveway in 11. My written contract specifies stone, a proper bond, plus 2 1/2 to 3 inches of black top with a two year guarantee. We have been left with a skim coat of loose gravel and nothing else. I have spoken personally with the owner of the company 3 times and left messages 4 times in the 9 months since the work was done. He has not followed through on any of his promises to come back and finish the job. Other contractors have offered to finish the job who have glowing references, the most recent of which will charge us $4800. The driveway is FAR worse now than it was before HSAP touched it, and we will have to spend more than spend twice as much than we originally agreed in order to correct it, not counting the damage to our plantings and what tracked-in loose gravel has done to our wood floors. Expected total for just the driveway: $9500. Don't use this company.
