This company collects on out of statute debts. They will lie harrass you to get you to pay old debts that are no longer collectable. They will tell you they will put the tradeline on your credit report when 99% of the time the 7 years is up and it would be a federal crime to do so. They will tell you they will sue you and will garnish your wages which is a load of crap.
They will call you at all hours of the morning and they will make a 'deal' with you if you pay that day. It is always that day with them as they do not want you to find out they are full of it. Half of the debts were not yours and the other half are from the early 1990s or 1980s.
They will call you at all hours of the day and night, insult you and your children, and break every FDCPA law known to man. Go to cardreport.com on their discussion board if they are harrasing you.
