I bought shoes from justfab.com about 5 months ago using my bank visa debit card, the shoes didn't fir so i had to make an exchange, when exchanging i changed my main payment method from the visa debit card to my prepaid MasterCard, I actually deleted the Visa card. Now months later someone retrieved the visa info and charged me $39.95 for something i didn't order. I tried to cancel the account, but customer service keep putting me on hold or pretend that they can't hear, when there is no problem with my phone connection. I sent them about 15 email, telling them about what i think of them, sending some more
