I bought a faucet on ebay which was listed as "oil rubbed bronze". A few months after getting it, we had it installed. Several months after using it, it began to peel, and the finish was actually painted on. They said refunds are only possible the 1st 30 days and will not refund my money. It was false advertising and my faucet looks terrible with the finish all peeled off. I have contacted them several times, 8 to be exact and they refuse to give me a refund.
