I do not understand how "facing the garage" is a difficult request, but it is for the wonderful people at PODS.instead they delivered with the door right up to the house, barely 5 feet away with no room to get all our furniture in and out. They kept saying that it was per paperwork, but it was on the opposite side of the driveway.
They did not deliver even close to the window so I was not home (window started at 5:15 they called at 10 am saying they were there to deliver it. I told them I wanted to be there but they delivered it anyway.
Customer service was a joke, the person I spoke with was very rude and accused me of lying. She also refused to work with me to come to a satisfactory resolution. The only options given were to deal with it or they would charge me more.
I used PODS before to move and everything went smoothly so I assumed it would again. Next time I move I will not use PODS!
