This complant is related to a product (craftman lawn mower) I purches less than 4 months ago from your sears store in calumet city. My name is Andrew Hairl, I purches your extended wrnty. My phone # is 708 275 3757. Now my problem is I do understand that things break no matter how much you pay for it, or the compny you purches it from. I was first given the run around when I call the calumet store to report the problem, I wasnt given/told the whole story as in I should take it the repair store less than three miles away, lifting this mower in and out of my auto, Than I am imformed by your lansing (K-Mart) store that the mower will be sent out from that store, and it will take two too three weeks to return. This is the peak of the mowering seasion what am I suppose to do. Also both stores could used/need customer services classes
