I sent £500 via online bank transfer to my Payza account, the money never got into my account, I then cancelled the transaction, still waiting for the money to be paid back into my bank account.
I submitted support ticket "Ticket ID: FVT-242-98230" and never got a reply from Payza.
I also tried calling their support line with no answer after several calls.
Why aren't these people getting back to my?
