I sent $5,000 to my friend Payza account on Aug 10, it did go to that account till now. Around 3 weeks ago, I contact Payza, and some one told me that Payza don't allow money sent from the party other than account holder, I must open my own account to receive the money, I open my account immediately, and sent them support ticket again and again, but no one respond.

I search on internet, found there're lot of people complaint about this company, this company promise everything, but after you send them the money, everything is out of your control, they have custom support phone number, but no one answer; they have email support, but they will reply whenever they like to.

I hope someone can help and follow my case.
