Was going to do business with this company and changed my mind. Even though I deleted all information and then the cancel button, they took the money out of my account without my permission. I have been trying to get it back, but they keep telling me it will be in my account soon. Since I am the one who started the process even though I never borrowed or did business with this company my bank can not help. But i did not give them permission to access my account and erased all information pertaining to me and then hit the cancel button. I think that even though I erased all info, when I hit cancel it somehow submitted this info to them. Can you help. I have called so many times that I have lost count and they speak little to no English and were extremely hard to understand.
