I was hauling horses from Tennessee to Texas. I pulled in the Shell station on Sidney Road in Grosse Tete Lousiana. I took my card in to get pump 14 turned on for me to fill up with gas. The attendant said she turned on the pump, but gas never came out. She asked if I was at the right pump because there are 2 #14 pumps. I confirmed and moved to another. This time the next pump didnt turn on either. She said I was using the wrong pump. She sent out another attendant to show me and there were 2 pumps for each number one on one side of my car and another on the opposite side! She was very frustrated an used profanity with me. If every pump was numbered individually like all other gas stations, then there wouldn't have ever been a problem. Either way there is NO excuse to us profanity on a customer.
