Man they beening calling me saying i owe 475 but now in California its 8000 and i need a lawye

I beening receive calls from these people and he will say can i have your attorney information so i can contact him so i ask why i need a attorney he then give me this number so i can speak with a mr petersthen i spoke with him and he said they put 475 in my account and they beening trying to get the money but they couldn't so then he said its now 8000 you owe use in California so please anyone help me hey say three months in jail.
