My family has moved out of state. I have called trying to resolve a charge that has showed up on my account for the past 4 months. Each time i call, they tell me that it has been taken care of. The charge is an early termination of a automatic renewal contract. I was a customer of thiers for 11 years. I told them the last time that i called i was going to file a charge againts them if i recieved a nother bill and once again i recieve a bill in the mail this month and i am tired of getting harrassed about this problem. Frontier also owes me around 50.00 U.S. That i have yet to see also. So i hope that filing a complaint will help resolve this. Sincerley, jeremie mccoy
