I made an account the first week of July and spoke with an advisor by the name of Kathy. The first reading was very detailed and seemed like good advice and seemed to give clarity to my complicated situation. After a few weeks had gone by and nothing had occurred i went back to Kathy for a follow up and that's where the games begin. A 15 minute reading of umm's. Dead air. Pauses. And then eventually i was hung up on.
I called customer service and the lady i spoke to was rude and tried to talk to me out of a refund. Which she didn't and she did grant me a refund for one conversation with Kathy which was fine. However i checked my e-mail the following day and had a belligerent e-mail from Kathy because of the refund here it is directly from my e-mail:

Message: Hello #, I am addressing this since the evening that this came in I was working non-stop calls and I do not have any control over calls coming in or how long they last. However, I now believe you to be the individual that calls yourself "dream city" on my page. Too bad no one has the courage to use their names when they elect to play "bash the psychic " First of all I do truly wish you all the validation and personal satisfaction that comes from publicly bashing someone on the Internet. Too bad we don't all have that power to evaluate each other publicly, might make some people really stop and think about the true meaning of "empowerment" I take exception to be accused of sitting on the line saying nothing and wasting or "spending" your time. I am sure you already know this but anything you or any other caller does not like comes out of our paychecks. Not what we get paid but what the company gets paid Get It.? Customer sertvice is only tooooo happy to return it to you. Of course "dropped calls" have nothing to do with the readers, but again whether it is your phone or mine or the service, it will come out of my paycheck. Gee you must be just about bursting with power now. The reason I do the work I do is to try to encourage people, not like yourself that it's going to be a pretty miserable world to live in if too many people genuinely decide that empowerment means find anyone who cannot fight back and crush themn under your foot. Have a really nice day! Oh by the way if I answer the phone and the response I get is "Do What" sorry don't understand the lingo
I ended up forwarding this message to customer service and telling them that i wanted her to leave me alone and not contact me further. To which customer service removed all of my feedback from her page as if i had rated her highly all those times and lied to me and said it was a computer glitch and when they log on they can see it. Which is complete and total BULL!
I tried signing into my account today only to find that my account is blocked even though there was still money on the account. So customer service lied to me about removing my feedback. Basically told me that Kathy was validated in the e-mail she sent me. And that i should not have gotten a refund because Kathy is always right. Needless to say i will not be returning to Psychic Power.com and by the way there is only one lady that works in customer service and she is lying conniving money hungry little. Well you know the rest. Beware ladies and gentleman. Psychic Kathy... What a joke.
