I order coupons, file box, and another item and Plus I was suppose to get a free gift. I called after I did not receive the items three weeks later. All I got was a recording from the supposedly president. After many calls later, a lady answered and told me that she did not know why I did not get my order and I would get it the next week. About two more weeks I called and told her I did not get my package. She said that It should have been there by now. It seemed so rehearsed and fake. To me they just hope that you forget about your order and collect with no package. I told her that I hate to report her to the federal trade commission and she blew up. She told me to never call there anymore or she would call the police. I was shocked after she hung up on me I called her back and told her to please call the police and "click" I called several times and she hung up each time. I tried to let her know how unprofessional she was but she didn't want to hear me. This is a scam, and I don't know how anyone could ever order from them. It is a good product but I you can do without. She seems to be a little off. Never order from Hanna coupons.
