I shipped shoes back to Online Shoes in May. Yesterday i received an email from ups express with the info that my package could not be sent because of an erroneous address. Along with a new label. I was supposed to get the package (who knows where) and replace the shipping label. I went to 2 ups stores and neither could understand. There is no ups. Express! Meanwhile i called the company and they HAD received the package and credited my account.
