I ordered skater shows for my 13 year old son for christmas from this company. I received my order quickly and after looking inside and seeing two shoes, and checking the outside of the box and seeing the correct size I wrapped them and put them under the tree. Since I am a single mom I can not afford much so this was one of his more expensive gifts. To my suprise on xmas day he found that he had been given 2 left shoes. How unhappy was he? You can imagine.
I was very angry and emailed the company telling them what happened and also letting them know that I was expecting a shipping label to return these and I wanted my money back.
After 2 weeks I finally heard from them in email form no apology just that I get the label. 2 weeks after that I had to call them because no label was in sight. Funny after the call I received the label and it had been sent out the day after my actual call.
I returned the shoes, emailed them and let them know, and also told them that I also want to be reinbursed for the S&H fee's since I had not ordered 2 left shoes. It was the companies fault not mine so why would I have to pay for shipping?
I paid with a CC. Two weeks after the package had been received by the company I still had not received my money back. Yes 2 weeks! I tracked the package and saw exactly when someone signed for it. I finally called the company and asked when they planned on refunding my money and at that time once again let them know I expected my shipping charges as well. I was told it takes up to 10 days to process after receiving the shoes back I spoke with Tom I told him it had already been 14 days he told me he would have someone call me. He said he didnt see that there would be a problem giving me all my money back since it was thier mistake not mine.
Funny two days later my money was in my account. BUT not my shipping and handling. Yes I know it may sound petty to complain about $7.30 but I received no APOLOGY for ruining my sons christmas and constantly I have to chase after my money!
Here we are it is Feb 19th and still no response from this company. I emailed them once again today and let them know that I will be turning them into every website I can find.
