I had booked at Otel.com for a Hotel called H10 Ocean and Turquese in Mexico.

My tracking number is Booking Tracking Number: OI-19885618.
I received a email today saying they were relocating me to another hotel. This is what the email read below. I am copying it to you. Also I want to mention to you that I called the Hotel directly twice and they confirmed I have a booking? Please help me out with this situation. I have booked this hotel because I am taking my elderly parents there for there last vacation and meeting other friends there to celebrate there 65th wedding anniversary. I am extremely upset and stressed that they want to move me to another Hotel, I chose this hotel for a reason and am not happy about relocating to another with other friends meeeting us there! This is the email I was sent below: Please respond ASAP!

Due to circumstances completely beyond our control, I do have to let you know that we have just heard from the Ocean Coral And Turquesa By H10 Hotel regarding your reservation for the period of 4-Feb to 9-Feb. As a result of a contractual issue situation between the hotel and our partners which has occurred over this period, the Ocean Coral And Turquesa By H10 Hotel is no longer able to honor this booking.

However, as per our Terms and Conditions we are pleased to be able to advise that your accommodation has been protected at the Occidental Grand Xcaret Hotel. Charges will remain as per your original booking.
