Hi, I am hoping I do not have a problem, how ever I received a email about my Hotel I booked. I am copying and pasteing it to you and my reply. I also want to mention that I did receive my voucher and I have already paid for the Hotel and I also called the Hotel twice today and they told me that I am confirmed so I am very confused!
Please help me out before we lleave for this trip. We are booked to fly into Cancun on January 30th and will be going to Ocean Coral and Turquese H10 Hotel on February 4th till 9th. I do not want any problems and stress at this point. It is a very important trip that I have planned for my elder parents who will not be traveling anymore after this. Read my email below. I am anxiously waiting for your reply.

Hello Elaine,
I was extremely upset when I saw this email and very strangely I had just called this morning before even seeing this email and called the hotel to confirm our booking and to make sure there was a elevator nearby for my elderly parents. I am some what confused and would be very upset if we are not staying at Ocean Coral. The reception at the Hotel said we are confirmed and put in the request for our room as asked by me. I do not want to move to another Hotel as I had searched quite a lot before deciding on this hotel. This is a very special vacation for my elderly parents that we have planned.
Please make every effort that there is not a problem with our stay at the H10 Ocean Coral and Turques. The hotel Occidental Grand Xcaret is not a 5 star and the reviews are not as good as the H10 Ocean Coral there is no comparisson.
I am not happy about this matter at all!

Again I am wrting you as I called the hotel directly again in the afternoon and again they have told me that my reservation is confirmed so I have no idea what your wrting and again I am very upset and also I meant to tell you that I have to be at this Hotel as we are meeting other friends at this hotel. This trip was planned for my parents 65th Anniversary and the other guests coming are staying at this hotelto celebrate this happy occasion with us. If you can see my circumstance. I need you to make sure there is no problem, when we check in on Feb 4th - 9th.
