Misrepresentation - Rude - No organization

This company "Rooms101.com" messed us up from the get go. We paid our fee for 4 nights & 5 days in advance. We got our confirmation before we left on our trip. Got to Branson to check in and they only had us down for 3 nights and 4 days. After about an hour in Reed Springs (check in) the man at the desk got us taken care of for the 4 nights and 5 days that we had paid for. They are also the ones that set our tour up. They apparently set us up for the wrong tour. We took the 2 hr tour they set us up for.

Several weeks after we got back from our vaction, We received a bill on our credit card for $200 for MBA marketing saying we took the wrong tour. We took the tour they set us up for. I tried to contact them and they were rude and anything but helpful. I highly suggest you NOT do business with them.

Just to add more to the confusing. None of our paper work shows MBA Marketing. Our paperwork shows SK Marketing or Rooms 101.com.

Also, it seems that everytime I tried to call them, I was given a different phone number to call. This has been the very worst experience I have had and its a nightmare that is still not over.
