My dentist charged me $450 for a night guard. My insurance policy is with Cigna dental. Cigna told me the maximum amount they could charge me is $190. I asked for a refund twice, and I got the run around treatment. My insurance company said they can't force the issue until the get billed. They haven't received a bill yet.
