Like the years before, I applied for Cigna Dental PPO, where my Dentist is listed. After denying my dentist cost becaused my dentist is not listed, I found that I application had been changed to Cignal Dental HMO. Even with my insurance card and copy of my application, I was still denied. Upon calling, they could not care any less about my complaint. Why would I see a dentist not listed. The same dentist I've used for years. They have my insurance payments and do not have to pay out any claims. A win, win for this insurance corp. I'll pay my dentist's bill (he's not at fault), but I'll never forget this insurance corp. My family, friends, and all who listen will hear this story. Believe me, I will be hear.
