I, too ordered the tooth whitening product and when I received it and read the paperwork realized that I only had 14 days from day of shipment to trial product. I attempted many times during the next week (within the 14 day trial) to contact the company and could not get anyone to answer the phone...
By the time I did get someone to answer the phone, they had already charged my account and had shipped out more product!!! I told them that I was not very happy and wanted to return both the trial product and the other product they had shipped and requested a credit be place on my account. They did give me an RGA # to return product... I returned product.
No credit given... They have my money and the returned product...
I emailed customer service after going online and doing a search to see if anyone else had written any complaints against this company... And yes, i found that there have been numerous complaints... All regarding the same issue.in one of the letters someone was able to obtain a contact email address so i wrote to the company and this is what the company wrote me...
Unfortunately due to our terms and conditions, you were outside of your trial period for the product. We give a 14 day risk free trial and you must have it postmarked within that timeframe in order to be eligible for a refund.
