Well, It has been a hell... I was off for knee operation. Sept I wore very strong glasses. So I thought about lasik. There was this luna eye center in cranberry. Were I live. So I had what I thought was a good exam. I did not know the protocol for lasix exams... The assistant did the exam. I was told that I was a good candidate for this procedure! So I thought about it, This doctor and her assistant told me that the hazing would be about Two weeks and there would no other issues, they told me that I would need a double card, this would a firm no other need for further touch up procedures! Well. I pressured into making an appointment for this to be done. I was told that there would be no complications. They told me that I would need to make this appointment asap for a good spot in t he schedule, and would know, it just so happened that some one just rescheduled and there was an open for that saturday. I thought. Wow what luck... Ha. Ya. What a set up. So I got the place in Erwin where the procedures are done! I was drugged up, as the doctor prescribed, now I know why that was, So I did not back out of the procedure. They said that I would have to stay there in that town so they said that they could get me a discount at the kings inn 5 miles away, turns out there was no discount. Am getting a head of my self here! During the procedure, dr dutt was very rude to me and her employees. After the lasik was done she said that effects would go away over night, Ok. Well I needed a ride to the motel. Which they told me would be no issue when I made this appointment, I had to bake for ride, Finally the lasik operator gave me ride to this motel. He was a real shady type of person in his way. All this time I kept telling them I could not see very well at all! So I am in this motel, I Sept for a while. I got hungry, I did not eat for at least 12 hrs or more. I was really out of it on these meds that she had me take while I was in this town. I walked to this burger king, not knowing the layout of the area, I could not see well at all. It was dark. I walked toward the restaurant, I did not notice the bridge that I crossed had no rails and there was a drop of at least 15 feet to the creek below! My god, 1 foot to the right and I would have been in serious trouble, there were cars passing by me as I stepped to the side, not knowing that there was drop to the creek and now guardrail there!!! Ok so the next day, I was to be at the eye clinic, "yes a sunday " to be examined. I could not get a ride, no cabs, nothing, I called the office and they said they would not pic me up. I finally hitchhiked a ride there. Ya, nice. All this for 3200.00 and some change plus the cost of gas, tole feels, motel charges, eye meds etc. And that was the just to start. So I get there. The doctor does this exam, and says everything is ok. I told I could hardly see. I was looking threw a kaleidoscope... So I managed to some how make it home. Ya, I drove the turn pike home! From Erwin to Cranberry. I am glad that was very good at driving! So. I get home. I waited a few days. Made another appointment at the office in cranberry! I get there, I tell her I can not see very well at all. See says that it will change in a week or two. So I waited, And then I went back again, still no change, She was then very mean to me, acting as tough i was lying. And while she out of the room, before she came to see me, she says to the office girl what the hell does this "M -Fr "want " the office girl said to That he wants to see. She was very ignorant and condescending. She started making up perscriptions for glasses, I was going to lens crafters, various times... To have glasses made, I tried things to get vision, Everyone kept asking why are you not in court with this problem. I had gotten an attorney, no names Mentioned... That was a joke, I dont think that they could handle this problem, They did not file a suite or anything, 10 days before the statue of limitation they droped my case and said they could not help me anymore, due to resons!!!? And recomended that I go and file a writ, SO I did, and has been a while, I have tried get an attorney to represent me, on this issue. The writ is still in effect. I have more to tell about these problems! I did go to UPMC eye center and Had a real eye surgen examine me.!!! I was told I sould have never been considered for any lasiks of any kind!!! There are no operations to repair the damage, due to extreme over correction!!! I am in a hell I dont what more to do... HELP ME PLEASE!!! I need Someone that has the balls to go after this butcher...
