Joe Topinka sold me a septic tank arreartor for 359.08 on 8-13-12. I requested a tracking # and he said he would e-mail it and as of 8-16-12 I had not recieved it and he took 399.08 from my credit. Now he will not return my call and I left message to cancel order. I now see i have been scamed so what can I do.
