In July called and canceled Sensa, was told to send package back and would receive refund.
This was for the June shipment, sent it back. August received yet another shipment called and was told, no record of previous call, and if we sent package back with no RMA# it did not count. ALso told to take package to Post Office and "Pay" to return unwanted and canceled shipment and receive tracking number because otherwise they would not respond with a refund. This company is a big giant ripoff. Once you get their "free" order they do not stop shipments and continue to charge your card. What are we to do to stop this and receive a refund? Called today and Alexis stated that I would need to send it back at my own expense and since they did not show any past communications there was nothing they could do to assist me, she told me several times to calm down and that she was recording the call. I think this company is a scam company and they should be put out of business or held accountable for fraud.
