I canceled out of the program when I found the tea did not work for me. One of the other reasons is there was a lapse of 3 weeks between shipments and if this was going to work for me I needed to drink it daily without a lapse. After I canceled out of the program I was sent another shipment and charged $54.95. I called the program and was told to send the shipment of tea back and I would receive a refund within 3-4 business days. I shipped the tea back via United Parcel and have confirmation of who and when the tea was receved. Well I have now called them 3 times and I get the same story "I will receive my refund in 3-4 business days." Needless to say I have not received my refund and may just figure on kissing the money goodbye.
I told them if they want this program to work they need to improve their business practices.
Everyone, please be very aware you may get charged even after you discontinue the program and you may never get a refund.
I am a retired person and every penny makes a big difference in my life.
