My mother had expressed to me a charge she did not recognize on her Sprint bill for a "SHABOOM MEDIA". Upon reviewing the bill, we realized that for 6 months there has been a recurring charge of $9.99 from this "SHABOOM MEDIA". Neither of my parents, nor do any of us children, have any recollection of approving the download of this app. I researched the app and discovered that it is a Music app provided through iTunes. I called APPLE and their support explained that it is an issue that has to be taken up with iTunes support.in order to contact iTunes customer support you will have to conduct a live chat or an email exchange. I believe, as a consumer, that people who scam innocent hard working citizens, are no better than petty theives. I am (Inappropriate Content Removed) tired of (us) hard working American citizens being taken advantage of and forced to recognize contractual liability, "because it's the law"; while companies/scammers like these are given "outs" or "protection" by applying hidden legal loop holes and regurgitating legal jargon in the effort to confuse the average consumer, whom are the most targeted victims!!! This has to stop!!!
