My T-Mobile bill contained a charge for $9.99 from Shaboom Media billed on 5/20 at 3:25 A.M. I have never downloaded or responded to any communication from this entity. I don't know what Shaboom Media is, what product they offer, or why this is on my bill. The T-Mobile rep is requesting a "stop" on this billing, but claims not to know what the service is. Strange, though, I see on the T-Mobile web site 300 complaints about this very same error, so they are obviously aware this is happening.
