I was having a problem (no sound) on my computer. I contacted Google, explained my problem, they recommended Driver Detective, used the link provided
Downloaded & registered. Upgraded all recommended drivers without success. (no sound) Between 3/28 & 4/15. I completed 8 case files outlining problem.
On 4/16. Received, DriverSupport Refund Request [ ref:_00DA0IfrC._500F09qFuZ: ref ] " Sorry you did not like your service and happy to provide a refund. 20 business days to process after receipt of
request with details. 4/18 E-Mailed Request for refund with details, No Reply. 5/2. Sent E-Mail & copy of 4/18. No reply. 7/7. E-Mailed, Very dis-appointed A Company of their standing has chosen
to ignore my e-mails of 4/18 & 5/2. I will allow you 21 days to process my refund or take action.
No Reply. Can you please assist me? They don't answer hoping I will go away and they don't have to pay back.
