I signed up for Southwest Airlinesin Oct. 2011 Rapid Reward Chase Bank @ an airport awaiting a connecting flight to PVD from their agent. I paid 69.00 and followed up w / a purchase to open the Chase credit card. I
was never given the promised 2 "free flights 800.00/50,000 rapid reward points. I've called & written twice and was sent a form letter from Chase Bank that my complaint was denied, although Chase admitted that I did join the program ; their excuse was that "I didn't submit the the application properly - I did not submit this -their agent did - amp; was only given 25,00 points. Recently when I called about retrieving the points, I was told I was given 90 days to complain about the "mistake" which is now expired.
