I had to provide a $250.00 deposit for my department. I moved out July 28 and did a walk through with the staff there. I was told I would get my entire deposit back. It has been 18 days and they have not submitted because I didn't leave a forwarding address. I returned my key 0n the 28th of July and was NEVER asked for one. They have my phone number and never called me but just sat on the money. I asked Susan Cockrell this AM why I was not called and she would not answer me and became RUDE! Now she says that I have to wait ANOTHER 45 days for the refund.
