I made my $50 deposit, submitted the days and destinations that I wanted, and they were unable to get reservations. So I requested a refund of my deposit. That's when the trouble started. I waited the 60 days, and no refund. I called several times and no one returned my calls. No one in the refund department has EVER answered the phone. This week, I have left a message every single day this week, and no one has called me back. If you don't want to get your money back, go ahead and send in your deposit.
