He was fired by the company he used to be at and this scum bag Merchants Cash hired him. They will try to get you to pay illegal closing costs. They will charge you for equipment you do not need. They want to put your store out of business so they can make big commissions. Barry Leads is a drunk. He will call you late an night and harass you on your cell phone or even at home. Merchants Cash is known for hiring people like this. Stay away from them. I know 2 of my friends they forced out of business.
