Atrocious Customer Service

I have literally called in to customer service 7 times in the last month. 7! I ordered new equipment slated for the 1st of Oct due to moving and was promised Sunday Ticket for free, and 3 mos. Comped movie channels. Ultimately I have been charged for all of the above and then yesterday when we had friends over to watch the game and we did not have Sunday Ticket!!! I wrote a lengthy letter to Ellen Filipiak who is the VP of Customer Service and was sent back this ridiculous canned form-letter thanking me for my feedback, falsely claiming they tried to call me, and encouraging me to call their 1-800 number. Get good customer service from these people is akin to trying to move a brick wall by repeatedly banging your head against it. This is so obnoxious!
