If it weren't for DirecTV having the NFL Sunday ticket, we would have already switched to Dish. What a pain these people are. If you get the HD box, be prepared for your daily "spam" mail. I just deleted the two for today advertising the NFL Sunday ticket. The incompetent folks at DirecTV don't know that we already have it and have had it for the past 10 years. We already spend close to $150.00 a month and the greedy SOB's send "spam" mail for more services we should sign up for. Really grateful for the business, huh? Especially in a lousy economy. The TV advertisements tout themselves as #1 in customer service - hardly. I requested that they remove our receiver from their "spam" messages three times. Still nothing. If you can block spam in your e-mail, why can't you do it on your HD box. Please Dish - get the NFL Sunday ticket so I can kiss these bozos goodbye.
