I first purchased NFL Sunday ticket in 1998 for one reason only, that was to watch my home team play every sunday. I had no problems in 98 and when the bill came to automatically renew my subscription in 2000 I decided to let it go and get the service again. What I did not know was that the NFL had changed the blackout restrictions to include me, so when I sat down to watch the first game I was looking at A blank screen that I just payed $128.00 for. Now I know that this was not Directv's decision and that is not my problem with them. My problem was when I told them that I wanted to cancel my subscription and get a pro rated refund they refused. They said that they could turn it off but could not refund any money. So in my eyes Directv charged me $128.00 for a service that they could not provide me and after filing two complaints with the bbb and the cpa I got no satisfaction. So to all football fans BEWARE sunday ticket!
