I was appointed a lawyer through the child protective services (cps) of texas.
MY ATTORNEY PUT NO EFFORT WHAT SO EVERY TO HELP ME GET MY CHILREN BACK, INSTEAD SO MANYS LIES WAS TOLD, HEAR-SAY TESTIMONY WAS THE BASE
OF THE CASE. Yes i made some mistake in my young life, but not to the point that my kids should be taken away from me. My attorney did nothing but sat back and let it happen. Peoples wanted to testify in my behalf my probation officer was willy and not a one was call in to court. I went to all the class they ask of me. But because of the false stories, hear-say they terminated my right. I had so much proof that could have been in my defense, my attorney never brought it up in fact i was told not to say a word. I Feel like i didnt protect my children from the VERY one who has the responsiblility by law to protect children. I never beat my children never a complaint of sex abuse was the issue. I was in a car accident in 2007 and my chilren and i was riding as passenger in the back seat of the car and me and my kids were hurt badly. My children was ejected from the car, thanks GOD they lived and i was charge with three counts of child endangerment cause they were not in a seat belt. I was put on three years probation. I was order to go to classes and i did. They placed my kids with my grandmother until i finished all that was required of me. I was reunited with my children in 2008.in 2009 false reports was made and was rule out. 2010 I was charge with assult cause i was protecting myself from abusive boyfriend he enter my home without permission and hit me and i hit him back with a candleholder. I was charge for assult against a family member which was not the case, he's not a member of my family they put incorrect informations through out my case. I went to jail and i was bonded out the next day, my children was with my grandmother during this time. I no the person who kept on calling cps on me, it was the abusive boyfriend and his family, they wanted the child that him and i had together. CPS stated
cause i was in a abusive relationship and that why i don't have my kids. He never touch my kids what so ever in an abusive way and never was that ever reported. When i was told, that this sitution could cause me to loose my kids i got out of it immediately. When i went to court in june i didnt no that they were termninating my right i had been out of this abusive relationship for 18 months. Was schedule to go back to court in july they knew that the judge told me if i completed all that was asked of me i would be taken out probation and i also was told that my housing would be giving to me in july of housing give me a house that would accommodate all my children cause we were lead to belived that they would be return to me. That's whY i'm pleading with you to help! Please if anyone out there can help me. Please please, all of my appeal were deines cps told many many lies i have proof from someone who work for the state of texas for over 20years who is now retired, who will be willy to testify and show documents that will support that cps will lies on peoples to support their cases, and i no peoples, who didnt go to any classes and their right was never taking away from them. The very one that they say was my biggest problem the one who fought me, CPS PLACED HIS CHILD WITH HIM WHO HAS A RECORD OF CRIMINAL OFFENSE OVER AND OVER AGAIN! This been a night mire for me and my children I have not seen my children in over a year now. The last time i saw them they beg me mommy mommy please don't let them take us please mommy, i was helpless and wanted to die myself my children holding on to my leg crying. Before my right was taken away they put my kids on drug to keep them quite and they never ask me or told me that they was going to be putting them on any drug. When i found out that they were taken drug a was terrifed i call my case worker and ask her why wasn't i told that my children needed to be medicated, i told her when they were with me they never needed any drug she got so angry with me for asking about my children. How i found out when they let my grandmother keep them one weekend and they put the medication in a zip lock bag with no name of the medication, but TOLD her to give each one of my children these drugs and i knew nothing about it! When i met MS. Carter she is the one who told me that i need to speak out. She also is the one who have proof OF CPS documention, falsify information and she is willy to show it to world, she belives something should be done to correct these problems we have in our system. I met Ms. Carter on AUGUST 8 AT A NAIL SHOP, and i begin talking about my problems hoping that she would just pray for me, i told her i didn't no where to turns. I have no money to hire a lawyer that will fight for me AND MY CHILDREN. My god please help me, if someone out their can help please e-mail me, a mother
who loves her children very very much. We all make mistakes in life and some learn from them, i have tryed and done everything that i was told to do. They stole my life away from me and my children. How can the law aloud this to happen. Many mother do nothing to get there children back, i been fighting since 2007 until now. I was told by my attorney that many mother dont try to keep on appealing they quite. I told him IAM A MOTHER who loves her kids and i never abused my kids. I never ever thought that i would be in a situation concerning the welfare of my children WHOM I LOVES WITH ALL MY HEART I HAVE MANY SLEEPLESS NIGHT THINKING WHERE WHO HAVE MY BABIES. WE LOVES ONE ANOTHER VERY MUCH.
