I am a healthcare professional and do not have the time to stand in line at the store so I order online. I have never encountered a problem until today. I put my order in at 9:45am. I know they open at 11 but 1145 is my lunch and I only have 15 minutes after I get there to eat and get back So my pick up time was 1145am. I got there and no one had my order even though I had my online reciept. "Katrina" printed up my reciept from the register and cast me aside to help someone else while someone else made my bowl that should have already been done. There was no apology or anything just attitude and inconvenience. I will not return to that location. Good food poopy service. I would not want her representing my company.
