I went to my local (Chesterton IN) Arby's drive thru today to pick up lunch today. I was the 5th car in line and my wait was nearly 25 minutes. (So much for misnomer of "fast food") From the time of my order (I was then 3rd, it was another 9 minutes until my order was delivered. When I mentioned my wait time to the drive-up employee, I was told very curtly that my wait time had only been 9 minutes.BY that point I was needless to say, seething. My order was also incorrect as it was the French Dip without the au jus and the horsey sauce I requested. The last time I purchased lunch at this particular Arby's, the wait in the drive-thru was at least 12 minutes with only a couple of cars ahead of me. I really like the food, but it certainly does not leave me in a "good mood" It is like the employees are surprised when they have customers.
