The drive through service at the Duncan Donuts establishment at 1111 Rt 37 West in Tom's River is unexceptable. I understand it is a busy location. No matter what time of day - the service is generally the same. The order-whether it is food or beverages or both-has an error at least 25% of the time. Having to pull over and wait to be serviced is a frequent occurance. Today was an extreme!!! Had to repeat order x4-1 hot coffee med w 3 Splenda, skim milk and coconut-1 lg iced Mocha latte' w sugar, skim milk and NO whip cream. Hot coffee served-then we were asked to pull over "we'll bring your order right out". More than 5 minutesa later (10 cars had been serviced at the drive through) the young girl brought out a med iced coffee. She was very apologetic and returned to the store-more than 5 minutes pass, I walk into the store. I was informed that they were waiting for the coffee. I requested a satisfaction survey-they responded-"the information is on the bottom of your reciept" I was not given a reciept. I took a reciept that a customer had left on the counter. The young girl handed me the Latte'-along with the one of wrong size and was very apologetic. To get 2 coffees at this location took almost 30 minutes. This was an aggrevating and frustrating experience that occurs too frequently. Starbucks may be the solution-or-possibly the local WAWA.
