Ordered a box set of will and grace, immediate charge yo my credit card, item was to arrive 5-7 days.By end of June no delivery, contacted my credit card rep, reversed the charges pending investigation. Couple of days later, notice from Cheeqot item was being processed and sent. Week or so later item arrived. Started. To view the CD's. Extremely poor quality, each cd had several skips/stops and would not play. A couple disks had nothing on them. Tried to email to no avail and there is no phone or address to send them back. Notified my credit card rep to let them know about the product and not to reinstate the charges.
