First, the product came very late after the initial order and there is not any statement came with the product with terms& conditions, prices and billing details. So I called on July 16 and talked to George. He gave me the impression that my trial period was postponed to Aug. 20 and I would not be charged until then. However, my credit card statement showed I was charged on July 10 already - George didn't even mention this on the phone until I received my credit card statement.
So I called on Aug. 3 and checked for the billing. Sean told me that in stead of refund the total amount which is very complicated, he could give me 35% off and he even confirmed the refund amount of US$35 to my account. He asked me to wait on the phone while the computer processed this request and he confirmed the US$35 has been refunded to my account and I could see it in 2 or 3 days.
On Aug. 12 I noticed US$35 was not credited back to my account, so I called and Jessica told me another different story. She claimed that I am only entitled with 35% off for future product auto-shippment based on the note in my account, which is of course not the case based on Sean promised. I requested to talk to the senior supervisor or the manager or Sean to clarify what he promised, she refused and said they don't have any supervisors or managers there I can talk to. Her service attitude was totally not helpful and we even had an argument over the phone. I was very disappointed that different people told me different stories, and each one of them can just denied what other agents promised. I have no ideas what kind of company / services attitude / or training they are. All they want is collecting payment and promise whatever they want and deny at a later stage! By the way, I really don't see any difference by using RXJuvenex products. Any one of you like to order his have to be very careful!!!
