Lendaulk Properties is the most unporfessional corporation I have ever had the misfortune to come in contact with. I am a tenant in a home where the foreclosed owner never paid the mortgage. Subsequently Lendaulk bought the home on the foreclosure auction. We were left a business card in the mailbox asking us to call to discuss our options. When we did we told Lee Oliver we wanted to purchase the home. He said he would have to put together a price and call us back. Long story short he never did. We heard from Lendaulk a month or two after the auction when their attorney sent us a letter telling us they wanted to kick us out. I contacted their attorney who wrote me the letter and was insulted by his rudeness and his statement that basically Lendaulk could care less about the fact we lived her for two years and they have decreed that we were not in a position to buy this house. All this without knowing anything about us.
Long story short, we went to court and it seems that Lendaulk had somehow thrown in with the old owner who is the one who couldn't pay his bills in the first place. They could care less anything about our family and continued to throw accusations about us that were definetly not us. Their attorney even implied we did something wrong in another town I never lived in. He implied we were not taking care of the house when in fact I have spent many hundreds of dollars above and beyond what a renter should because this house was in such poor condition but of course how can they testify to this since they never came to the house except to do a drive by. When it rains here the pastures flood and that is not good for horses. I had to be creative with moving thme around but since they know nothing about this house they would not care.
I believe we were railroaded by Lendaulk a week before school starts. I asked for the 90 days garaunteed by Federal Law and the ignorant judge hearing the case ignored the facts. Lendaulk could care less about anyone. All they care about is money. I also believe I was discriminated on by them since I can prove I can close this house and they refused to even listen to my case.instead they believed the prior owner who wated the money he was paid. I am now waiting for the sheriff to come and kick my 4 children and I out. I also have a large amount of livestock and am desperatly looking for a place to take them. Lee Oliver and your attorney... How do you sleep? I have a mind to talk to another attorney about filing a discrimination lawsuit against you...
