It has now been nearly two months since I purchased a Sony DSC-TX200V digital camera from AJRichies. Some three weeks after placing my order I received the wrong model. I phoned the company and they gave me a return authorization number to return it (at my expense). Weeks have gone by and I still do not have the camera. My experience is similar to others. When I get through to a customer service representative I am put on hold a moment after beginning to speak to him, and he never returns. Often my phone calls go directly to voicemail. I have left messages threatening to file a fraud complaint unless someone returns my call — to no avail. They do not respond to email messages. I, too, wish I had read some of the complaints on this site before I placed my order.
