Ordered Sony HX50V camera online, received confirmation email. Next morning rude, high pressure and lying salesman calls, "you don't want the 20 minute battery that comes with the camera, you'll want to upgrade to the 1 hour or 5 hour..." After telling him three times "I just want the camera" He says "It will be there in 2 weeks" and hangs up.
Received no further communication or billing. Called them 11 days after order, more rudeness and lying. Cancelled order
