I was not technically a customer, I live in Cedar Falls, Iowa and The winters there can get super ridiculous. At my school, Northern Univeristy High School, I was trying to leave a parking spot but my car got stuck in the snow. Me and a friend, we're both girls, tried forever to get my car unstuck but it wasn't happening. Then, a fed ex truck drove by, saw us, and then came back. The fed ex guy took time out of his to work day to come out in the cold and push my car out. I was so thankful, and I wish I would have known his name. Thanks.
